Radio Daljir Galkacyo Reporter Murdered
Galkacyo (ssctimes.com) Radio Daljir reporter Abdullahi Umar Geedi in Galkacyo has been killed by an armed man last night, the culprits of the killing remains unknown, the Daljir radio is known for reporting tensions in Northern Somalia region from all sides fairly, although some might disagree. The Somali Journalists Youth Organisation known as SOJYO based in Kenya has spoken to Somali media portels publishing statement condemning the cruel acts subjected to the reporter in Galkayo. Puntland Troops Leader Severely Injured By Galgala Fighting
Garowe (ssctimes.com) The senior troops leader of Puntland Mr Saiid Abdi Faarax (better known as Tuutoweyne) who has been in the Garowe hospital for some time has been flown to unnamed hospital in Dubai (U.A.E) for further treatment of the injuries he received during the fight in Galgala with the Atam supporters. Puntland Senior Leaves Galgala To Join SSC
Galgala (ssctimes.com) The latest reports in the Galgala fighting between Faroole and Atam confirm that the communication and internal affairs leader of the Puntland troops Mr Abdale Ali has left the Galgala fighting with many top secret documents and trucks and is currently on his way to join the SSC peace leaders in the Cayn region. Galgala: Puntland Troops Suffer Explosion
Galgala (ssctimes.com) Frontline Puntland troops in Galgala have suffered a severe setback today after one of the transport trucks the troops use for food and medicine has been exploded by a road side bomb, this was a planned execution and timely as the explosion met it has met its target. There is no talk of any survivors from the scene and only those in the truck are said to be the only victims. Garowe (ssctimes.com) Fighting erupted early this morning in the Khayr Seexay district of Garowe between group of civilians and the police in the region, it is unknown as to the exact cause of the fight but our reporter confirms severe casualties including many deaths have been suffered from both sides. Sool Soldiers Leave The Galgala Fighting (Listen)
Xingalool (ssctimes.com) Large number of Soldiers from the SSC region of Xudun that have been supporting the Faroole administration of Puntland are reported to have left the fighting between the Faroole and Mahamed Saiid Atam in the Galgala region. Galgala (ssctimes.com) The leader of the Galgala village fighters Mahamed Saiid Atam, who has been leading the fighting against the Puntland administration has dismissed Faroole’s statement that the war in Galgala is over. In an interview with the BBC Somali Mr Atam accused the Puntland leader Faroole of misinforming the Puntland public in both the win of the fighting and concluding the situation.
