Isaaq Clan Militia Is Killing Innocent Villagers

Beledweyne (ssctimes.com) Two young men aged 18 and 21 have had their hand chopped off today by the Alshabaab controlling Beledweyne (Hiiraan), after they were found guilty of stealing from a shop in the town items worth 2400,000 Somali Shillings which is equivalent to $70 dollars. The two accused were named as Haaruun Abdi Ilmi (21 years old) and Liibaan Hirsi Huseen (18years old).
